110cc midi moto carb/fuel problem! HELP ME!?

when i fill my bike up with petrol, it leaks fuel out the over flow from the carb. i took the carb apart gave it a clean puck it back making sure not to get it jammed but it still leaks! anyone know why its doing this? Cheers, Jason
