Does this person dislike me?

So, she never seeks me out to actually really talk or hang out. However, she's always very nice and pleasant when we do talk for a minute superficially. I feel Sorta angry because we've Had a lot of great experiences together like going to New York and Boston with a small group but then we get back to school and she barely notices me except a pleasant comment here and there. If I try to actually talk to her or hang out with her she seems so indecisive if she wants to or not and easily gets distracted away. It's a complicated situation but we've never had a fight or said anything mean to one another. An input on what she's thinking? Also, not LIKE LIKE but a friend.
