"Minor Details" (formerly Dixon Diaries) movie?

Can anyone tell me when it's supposed to come out? Will it be in theaters or come out straight to DVD??? I really want to know cause I want to see it SO bad!! I know it's still in filming, but I'd really just like to know if anyone knows THANKS :)
