Some one help mE!!!?

ok well i have a Philips pcs705 sound card and well it worked when i had win2k now i have winxp pro and uh it worked wheni installed it a year ago now it doesnt?? ok ihave sp2 installed and i fix it by uninstalling the card and reinstalling it and it works untill i restart can someone help me? everytime i resart it does this why? i had wmp 11 then rolle dbacl to 10 it still isnt any good sme one plz!!! ive also updated to drivers to 1.89 update engine nothing!
