Need your help in the following circular problem?

This is similar to playing pool. The player with the puck (the sender) must imagine a movable line ("the perp") extending at right angles from the wall. The point where the the perp intersects the wall is the "spot". He must aim the puck to hit the wall at a spot such that the angle formed by the line from himself to the spot and the perp exactly equals the angle formed between the perp and the line from the spot to the receiver. He must also ensure that he does not impart any spin to the puck.
