Should i say something to my boyfriend?

Ok me and my boyfriend soon to be husband so i guess you could say he is my fiance. anyways we have been tougher for about 5 years now and im really starting to have a problem with the way he looks now. Ok when we first started dating he always cared about apearance and he always made sure his hair was combed and looking good ( he has longer hair) and he always wore nicer clothes and just had everything tougher. he was always smelling good and sometimes he would wear a cute neckless or something he had really good style. Well for about a year now he i guess has just been lazy becuase for about a year now he is just dressing like a bum! i dont even know if he own a pair of jeans anymore. All he wears is sweat pants and old tennis shoes. he wears baggy oversized holey dirty shirts and he has shaved off all his beautiful hair. Its still kinda long but he doesnt boother to put gel in it so it sticks up in weird spots. he never shaves his beard so its always scruffy and bum lookin
