Im 26 years old with no phone and no money, does anyone know where i can find some help for problems mentally?

Im a 26 year old that is looking for mental help or counsiling. I have no phone, and cant get on the internet much so i need face to face counsiling. Im broke, so free counsiling services in my area would be nice to find but i honestly have no idea where to start looking. I need help badly. Im barely an adult. I have lots of money issues so i really cant pay for anything at all. I have problems lying when i shouldnt, i have no idea where my life is headed. I need to find a career. I have an amazing girlfriend that i love dearly that is ready to get rid of me because she says i show no motivation to get help but i have been trying my best. I have no motivation for anything at all anymore and its becoming very hard to live. I can barely be happy about anything and have no where to turn, i really need help soon. As fast as i can get help, i dont know how much longer i can take all of this and the situation i have been in for almost a year now. Please someone help me. I'm staying in brookville, IN right now if that helps someone in helping me find help. I would call a hotline to see what i can do but i honestly have no way to call. I have no idea what to do and i really need help badly! Please help me!
