My best friend is like that too. She doesn't mean any harm but she is really loud and outgoing, and loves to flirt. One reason your friend could be acting in this way is because she likes the guy too, but hasn't told you. Otherwise, it may just be her way of talking and behaving. There are only two things you can do - one, nothing.... or two, talk to your best friend and tell her how you feel. If she is your best friend, she should understand. And maybe you should ask her if she likes the same boy too?
