Can a U.S. Colony LEGALLY arrest a U.S. Army Officer?

This is a war zone, and they can't prove that it was American's, they are propogandist trying to get Americans out of Afghanistan, so they can control it. If they had an American in their jail then it would have been politians not an army descending on the court house. Their using this as a publicity stunt. Afghanistan is not a U. S. colony. We're there as United Nations group.
