How long will it take till Accutane works?

I was on a generic called Roaccutane for 2 months... on 40mg.. (i weight 130pounds).. but then i transfered and got switched to Claravis which I have just started and am on 60mg.. I noticed i had two really bad breakouts when I first started.. my skin is dry but not super dry, a bit of moisturizer takes care of it, and my lips are dry but not unbelievably dry either.. i'm still getting pimples and im not talkin about 1 every 2weeks.. sometimes i wont get any for like 1week or 10days.. then il get like 4 or 5.. and sometimes its old ones coming back up. I'm curious, and I know noone can give a Definite answer since it works differently with everyone.. but from what ive read the 3rd month is where you'll see your skin clear the most and the most improvement.. well im just startin my 3rd month and my skin still looks about the same as the end of the 1st month, just not as oily... im wondering if this is really gonna work? maybe since i just switched to 60mg.. more acne is coming out and since i switched generic that will cause a bit of disruption?
