I just broke up with my boyfriend but i would like something to happen wit us in the future?

I broke up wit my boyfriend because i cheated on him nd i cant tell him. I would still like to get together sometime but i cant tell him y i ve to do it. I feel if we get together again it'll be a fresh start nothin like i decieved him. He's so hurt dunno if its a good idea to tell him cos i know he would neva wanna talk to me again if he finds out. Also i feel im too young to be so committed like we were, i wanna grow a bit nd be ready for wat we had b4 we can try again. Should i tell him let him hate me nd hope for the best in the future or not.
