A little whiteish yellowish pus?

I recently got a cut, and everytime I take a shower, when I come out I get one little pus droplet, and that's it... Or so I think it's pus, the drainage is clear/red, there is no redness or pain, just a bit of normal swelling, skin is pale where it leaks "pus", and again, it only shows after I get the wound wet, is this an infection I should treat? Or is a bit of pus drainage normal for deep skin cuts...?
