Side effects of Cilest (birth control pill)?

I've been on Cilest for just over 6 months now and although the initial side effects have ped (tender , mood swings, etc), I still get the odd twinge which feels like the start of period pains. They don't last long at all but wanted to see if anyone else had anything like this happen?
