The s are the same- once you learn one saxophone you can play them all. Now- having said that, there may be a key or two different (your tenor may not have the same trill keys as your alto) but the only thing different is the key of the instrument- your Alto is in E flat, the Tenor is in B flat, but band music is arranged to take care of that. If you go from Alto to Bari you'll notice that both are in E flat, but the Bari is lower. With a little practice it's easy to switch from one sax to another.
