What does this dream mean about my grandfather?

About two days ago, i had a dream that my grandfather died. At first my dad was driving me to work, and in the car he told me that my grandpa died. I did not take it on, because i thought that it was a lie. Then the next thing i know i was at work, and my mom called and said that he died. I dropped everything that i was doing and started bawling. I was hysterically crying. Screaming no!! It didnt happen. Then i saw people standing around me, just looking at me, but noone wud ask me what was wrong. Then i saw my friend Trevor, the only one at work that really knows me- and he is also a close friend of mine- Trevor ran toward me and asked me what happened very concerned. And someone said to him- "her grandfather ped away", and i said, screaming- no!! no he didnt!! And i was telling myself i need to check this out for myself, and even thought of getting on a plane to go to Trinidad where my grandpa lives and see if it was really true.
